    It has the capacity of launching both standard missiles of 160 mm from the launcher with 26 launching tubes arranged in 2 tactic containers having the future potential of launching also rockets with Accular trajectory correction One LAROM launcher can launch 40 GRAD missiles in 20s or 26 LAR Mk. 4 missiles in 45s. Each LAR missile scatters 104 bomb lets on a circular area having diameter of 200 m. The system also contains modern artillery control system (ACCS) attending all artillery units and all ammunition types. The tactic computer (GTAC, FTAC or ATAC) has a state-of-the-art man-vehicle interface that reduces the crew efforts enabling an easy and fast actuation of main targeting and shooting controls and that of the launcher ammunition system as well. It also allows a computerized feed-back reaction for corrections between launcher, the front observatory and the point of command. The firing control unit is to be actuated from the cab or from a nearby shelter by means of a remote control provided with a 50 m long cable. The launcher has an individual firing option as well as that of automatic partial or complete firing with a variable rate (repetition frequency) in 4 stages between 0,5 s and 1,8 s. At a firing rate of 1,8 s all the 26 missiles can be launched in 46,8 s.
